1. ข้อมูลทั่วไป

1.1 ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ (“ข้อกำหนด”) ใช้บังคับกับการซื้อสินค้าทั้งหมดผ่านเว็บช็อปของ Wannapha Sense Spa รวมถึงบริการทั้งหมดที่ให้ผ่านศูนย์สุขภาพและสปาของเราในประเทศไทย
1.2 เมื่อทำการสั่งซื้อสินค้า บัตรกำนัล หรือจองบริการผ่านเว็บไซต์ ท่านถือว่ายอมรับและผูกพันตามข้อกำหนดนี้โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
1.3 ข้อกำหนดนี้สอดคล้องกับ กฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคของประเทศไทย และมาตรฐานการค้าระหว่างประเทศ รวมถึงใช้ได้กับทั้งลูกค้าในประเทศและต่างประเทศ

2. ขอบเขตของบริการและสินค้า

2.1 Wannapha Sense Spa มีบริการและสินค้าดังนี้:

• บริการสุขภาพและสปา รวมถึงการนวดและทรีทเมนต์ความงาม

• บัตรกำนัล (Voucher) สำหรับบริการสปาและนวด ซึ่งสามารถนำมาใช้ที่ร้านได้

• ผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอาง และสินค้าเพื่อสุขภาพที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2.2 รายละเอียดบริการและสินค้าถูกนำเสนออย่างถูกต้องที่สุดบนเว็บไซต์ อย่างไรก็ตาม อาจมีความแตกต่างเล็กน้อย (เช่น บรรจุภัณฑ์หรือการปรับปรุงสินค้า)

3. การสั่งซื้อและการทำสัญญา

3.1 เมื่อทำการสั่งซื้อผ่านเว็บช็อป ถือว่าลูกค้าได้เสนอซื้ออย่างมีผลผูกพัน
3.2 สัญญาซื้อขายถือว่ามีผลเมื่อเราได้ส่งการยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อทางอีเมล
3.3 เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธหรือยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อหากสินค้าหมด ราคามีความผิดพลาด หรือมีเหตุอันควรสงสัยว่ามีการทุจริต

4. ราคาและการชำระเงิน

4.1 ราคาทั้งหมดแสดงเป็น เงินบาท (THB) และรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) หากไม่ได้ระบุเป็นอย่างอื่น
4.2 วิธีการชำระเงินที่ยอมรับได้ ได้แก่:

• บัตรเครดิต/เดบิต

• การโอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร (ภายในประเทศไทย)

• ระบบชำระเงินออนไลน์ (เช่น PayPal, PromptPay เป็นต้น)
  4.3 ลูกค้าต้องชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนก่อนการจัดส่งสินค้า หรือการยืนยันบัตรกำนัล/บริการ

5. การจัดส่งและการรับสินค้า

5.1 สินค้าและบัตรกำนัลสามารถ:

• รับด้วยตนเอง ที่ Wannapha Sense Spa

• จัดส่งทางบริการขนส่งพัสดุเชิงพาณิชย์ ไปยังที่อยู่ที่ลูกค้าระบุ

5.2 ระยะเวลาในการจัดส่งขึ้นอยู่กับปลายทาง โดยประมาณเวลาจะปรากฏที่ขั้นตอนชำระเงิน
5.3 ค่าจัดส่งจะแสดงในขั้นตอนชำระเงินและเป็นภาระของลูกค้า เว้นแต่มีการระบุเป็นอย่างอื่น
5.4 ความเสี่ยงจากการสูญหายหรือความเสียหายของสินค้าโอนให้แก่ลูกค้าเมื่อสินค้าถูกส่งมอบให้ผู้ให้บริการขนส่งหรือเมื่อมารับด้วยตนเอง

6. บัตรกำนัล (Voucher)

6.1 บัตรกำนัลที่ซื้อทางออนไลน์สามารถนำมาใช้ได้เฉพาะที่ Wannapha Sense Spa เท่านั้น
6.2 ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนบัตรกำนัลเป็นเงินสดได้
6.3 บัตรกำนัลมีอายุจนถึงวันที่หมดอายุที่ระบุไว้ หรือภายใน 12 เดือนหากไม่ได้ระบุ
6.4 กรณีบัตรกำนัลสูญหายหรือถูกขโมย จะไม่สามารถออกใหม่ได้

7. สิทธิในการยกเลิก / การคืนสินค้า

7.1 ตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค ลูกค้าที่ซื้อสินค้าผ่านออนไลน์มีสิทธิในการยกเลิกการซื้อภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องให้เหตุผล
7.2 ข้อยกเว้นการยกเลิก:

• ผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอางที่ถูกเปิดใช้งานแล้ว (ด้วยเหตุผลด้านสุขอนามัย)

• บริการสปาที่ได้รับไปแล้ว

• บัตรกำนัลที่ถูกนำไปใช้แล้ว

7.3 ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งการยกเลิกเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร (อีเมลหรือจดหมาย) ภายในระยะเวลาดังกล่าว
7.4 การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการภายใน 14 วันทำการหลังจากได้รับสินค้าที่ส่งคืน โดยใช้วิธีการชำระเงินเดียวกับที่ลูกค้าได้ใช้
7.5 ลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการส่งคืนสินค้า ยกเว้นกรณีสินค้ามีปัญหาหรือจัดส่งผิด

8. การจองและการยกเลิกนัดหมาย (บริการสปา)

8.1 ลูกค้าสามารถจองบริการผ่านทางออนไลน์หรือโดยตรงที่สปา
8.2 การยกเลิกนัดต้องทำอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงล่วงหน้า มิฉะนั้นอาจถูกหักสิทธิ์การใช้บริการหรือบัตรกำนัล
8.3 เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงวันและเวลานัดหมายหากมีเหตุสุดวิสัย (เช่น พนักงานนวดไม่สามารถให้บริการได้)

9. ความรับผิดชอบ

9.1 Wannapha Sense Spa จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อ:

• ความแตกต่างเล็กน้อยในคำอธิบายสินค้า

• ความล่าช้าหรือการจัดส่งที่ล้มเหลวจากผู้ให้บริการขนส่งบุคคลที่สาม

• อาการแพ้หรือผลข้างเคียงจากผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอาง เว้นแต่เกิดจากความประมาทเลินเล่อของเรา

9.2 ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งข้อมูลสุขภาพหรืออาการแพ้ก่อนรับบริการ หากไม่แจ้ง เราจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อผลกระทบที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
9.3 ความรับผิดชอบสูงสุดของเราจำกัดไม่เกินมูลค่าของสินค้าหรือบริการที่ซื้อ

10. การคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

10.1 เราเก็บและประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตาม พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA) ของประเทศไทยและมาตรฐานความเป็นส่วนตัวระหว่างประเทศ (เช่น GDPR สำหรับลูกค้าสหภาพยุโรป)
10.2 ข้อมูลลูกค้าจะถูกใช้เพื่อการประมวลผลคำสั่งซื้อ การให้บริการ และการติดต่อเท่านั้น

11.2 สำหรับลูกค้าต่างประเทศ สิทธิของผู้บริโภคตามกฎหมายของประเทศที่พำนักจะยังคงมีผล
11.3 ข้อพิพาทใด ๆ อยู่ภายใต้เขตอำนาจศาลที่ประเทศไทย

12. การแก้ไขข้อกำหนด

12.1 Wannapha Sense Spa ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดนี้ได้ทุกเวลา การแก้ไขจะประกาศบนเว็บไซต์และมีผลใช้บังคับกับธุรกรรมในอนาคต

1. General Information

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the webshop of Wannapha Sense Spa and all services provided via our wellness and spa center in Thailand.
1.2 By purchasing products, vouchers, or booking services through our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1.3 These Terms comply with Thai consumer protection law, relevant international e-commerce standards, and apply to both domestic and international customers.

2. Scope of Services and Products

2.1 Wannapha Sense Spa offers:

• Wellness and Spa Services, including massage and beauty treatments.

• Gift Vouchers for spa and massage services, redeemable at our location.

• Cosmetic Products and related wellness items.

2.2 Services and products are described as accurately as possible on our website. However, minor deviations (e.g., packaging changes, product improvements) may occur.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

3.1 By placing an order on our webshop, you submit a binding offer to purchase.
3.2 A purchase contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit/Debit cards

• Bank transfer (within Thailand)

• Online payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, PromptPay, etc.)
  4.3 Payments must be made in full before products are shipped or vouchers/services are confirmed.

5. Delivery and Collection

5.1 Products and vouchers can be:

• Collected in person at Wannapha Sense Spa.

• Shipped via commercial parcel service to the customer’s provided address.

5.2 Delivery times vary depending on destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
5.3 Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.
5.4 The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or collection.

6. Vouchers

6.1 Vouchers purchased online are redeemable only at Wannapha Sense Spa.
6.2 Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.3 Each voucher is valid until the expiry date indicated at the time of purchase (or within 12 months if not otherwise specified).
6.4 Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

7. Right of Withdrawal / Cancellations

7.1 In accordance with Thai consumer law, customers purchasing goods online have a right to cancel within 7 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
7.2 Exclusions from withdrawal:

• Opened or used cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons).

• Spa services already rendered.

• Vouchers once redeemed.

7.3 To cancel, customers must notify us in writing (email or letter) within the cancellation period.
7.4 Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receipt of returned goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
7.5 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was faulty or wrongly delivered.

8. Appointment Bookings and Cancellations (Spa Services)

8.1 Appointments can be booked online or directly at the spa.
8.2 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the service or voucher.
8.3 We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., therapist unavailability).

9. Liability

9.1 Wannapha Sense Spa shall not be liable for:

• Minor deviations in product descriptions.

• Delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party logistics providers.

• Allergic reactions or side effects from cosmetic products, unless due to our negligence or non-disclosure.
  9.2 Customers must inform the spa of any health conditions or allergies prior to receiving treatments. We are not liable for adverse reactions if such information was not disclosed.
  9.3 Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product or service.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

10.1 We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable international privacy standards (such as GDPR for EU customers).
10.2 Customer data will only be used for order processing, service provision, and communication.
10.3 Data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for payment processing, delivery, or legal compliance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
11.2 For international customers, mandatory consumer protection rights of their country of residence remain unaffected.
11.3 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thailand.
